PRIVACY POLICY
We at MEDIASHIFT Technologies, Inc. (“MST,” “we,” “us,” “our”) know that our users (“you,” “your”) care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. Who is MEDIASHIFT?
From the days of newspaper only media through radio, television, and now the Internet, the social contract we have all enjoyed is one in which consumers get free or heavily discounted access to media in exchange for viewing product and brand messages from Advertisers. Over the past 20 years, this social contract has been fraying as consumers started objecting to ads that are overly disruptive and irrelevant. MEDIASHIFT is an Internet advertising technology company dedicated to improving consumer experiences while protecting consumer privacy. We work with media companies and advertisers to provide messaging on products and brands that match personal interests. While others have tried this before us, we have developed the technology and business model that allows us to provide useful, non-disruptive messaging while protecting consumer privacy.
MEDIASHIFT is committed to protecting consumer privacy and to clearly informing users about the collection and use of information by our services. This privacy policy covers our data services as well as our website: bradyrealtyco.wpengine.com.
Overview of our services
We use our proprietary technology to offer advertising solutions to our clients, which includes working with Publishers, Demand Side Platforms and Advertising Agencies to deliver targeted advertising campaigns across our supply partners including Ad exchanges and Publishers. We collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable information regarding the demographics, aggregated location and aggregated behavioral usage of mobile applications and web sites, which may be inferred or have been provided directly to the application or site. This data may be combined with third party data to create aggregate interest segments. Our customers use these segments for displaying advertisements and other content that are intended to reflect interests of the user although the user himself/herself is unknown. We may also use this non-personally identifiable information for other purposes such as to provide market trend research or analytics.

How we use the information
We indicate to our customers a consumer’s inclusion within a segment at various times. When a customer anonymously detects that user on their network, application or site, they may be displayed advertisements or relevant content related to the segment(s) in which our services has deemed they are included. Our customers may also use third-party service providers, such as ad servers, acting on behalf of those customers, to display advertising or other content that reflects a consumer’s inclusion in a segment. We do not authorize our customers to resell our segments or any of our data to third parties. Please note that our customers typically have their own data retention policies.
We may share interest data with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud processing and storage) in order for those service providers to perform business functions for us or on our behalf. We may also disclose interest data if we believe that we have a legal obligation to do so. In addition, we may transfer all or some of the data discussed in this policy, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other change in corporate status.
What we don’t do with data
Data retention
We retain demographic and interest data and potentially other non-PII information for up to one year. After one year, some of the information we have (e.g., anonymous logs) may be aggregated for statistical purposes and stored indefinitely, and the rest of the information is destroyed.
Opting out of the services
You may opt out of our collection and use of interest data for targeted advertising (MEDIASHIFT will be adding an Opt-Out link shortly).
